75e4e943e6 If the default CUPS printer has no ppd file, just use the first 
printer that has one as Windows default printer.
Support PRINTER_ENUM_CONNECTIONS in the default way.

8551a8f3fb - Return old code for handling parameters to GetCharacterPlacement (+ 
fix heap overrun in it). New code did not correctly match the Windows
  behaviour.
- Amend the BiDi algorithm so that many strings will now produce quite
  readable output.
