ccfd32fbf6 - Added proper parsing of the Makefile.in's to find the tests.

4828568478 - Fixed many bugs which prevents writing. 
- Fixed segfault while parsing invalid index.
- Keep parsing of index even if streamheader says it's empty
- Fixed bug in AVIFILE_SaveIndex when stream is empty.
- Fixed bug in AVIFILE_WriteBlock, when chunk is not of even size.

7888385d76 Rewrite DPA_InsertPtr in terms on DPA_SetPtr, so that it's simpler, 
cleaner, and more correct.
It now expands the array to accomodate larger than current size
indexes.
