c68c4b15f0 Inter-thread SendMessage() bugfixes: 
- Insert new message to be received at the *end* of the SM_PENDING_LIST.
- Do *not* process received messages in ReplyMessage().
- Clear the QS_SMRESULT flag only immediatedly before waiting.

2f2898b571 Handle suspend/resume_thread requests in phase STARTING correctly. 
Set initial suspend count for threads created with CREATE_SUSPENDED.
Set 'inheritable' flag for process/thread handles.

02300aeaa5 Fixed some graphical problems of the treeview and added support LMB 
click on +/- sign to open and close.
Fixed a bug in imagelist where the last image could not be displayed.

30881622b6 0 is a valid index for a tab item. 
CreateSolidBrush takes a COLORREF as a parameter.
Tab controls were always displayed in the top left corner.
