Implement properties (additional metadata fields) on Item Variants.

These properties can be defined in ItemDB.

They can capture extra information on an Item Variant. Example: "color", "storage_size", etc for an iPhone item.

This allows for precise knowledge on the items stored, and for them to be filtered based on them.
