Natalie Weizenbaum 74145e2e82 Mark analyzer_cli/test/driver_test as slow. (#29735) 
This was already marked slow on Windows, but I saw a timeout on Linux as
well so it seems best to just mark it slow for all platforms.

Paul Berry a85cdfc50f Add fasta-based summary generation code. 
The code is still a work in progress, so its test is marked as failing.

Note: I believe there is code duplicatoin between the StackListener
class introduced by this CL and the StackListener class in
pkg/front_end.  Once more tests are passing, I intend to remove this
code duplication.

danrubel 37a6a49744 cleanup --batch-mode sourceFiles 
BuildMode, the dartanalyzer driver used when the "--build-mode" option
is supplied, expects sourceFiles in the format "<uri>|<filepath>",
but the rest of the dartanalyzer code base does not understand this format.
This change updates BuildMode to rewrite sourceFiles,
stripping the "<uri>|" prefix, so that it does not cause problems
with code that does not expect this format.
