anymore, but it is saved in new profiles. I added Duplicate Tab and Break Off Tab. I added a context menu to the tabBar,
it has add tab, duplicate tab, remove tab, and break off tab. The accel for New Tab = Ctrl+Shift+N,
Duplicate Current Tab = Ctrl+Shift+D, Remove Current Tab = Ctrl+Shift+R, Break Off Current Tab = Ctrl+Shift+B.
If anyone has a problem with these accels, just change them yourself, look in KonqMainWindow::initActions().

of profiles. An explanation of some new stuff: the activeChild things are used so we know what part to make
active when there is a tab switch. The docContainer stuff keeps track of where the tab container is or where
one should be created if it is needed. KonqMainWindow now derives KonqFrameContainerBase, and is the root for
all frames. Many operations are done via communication up and down the frame tree, such as the favicon and title
for tabs. Tab names are currently truncated at 30 chars with a "..." at the end. There are tab actions in the
menu, the toolbar, and the RBM. There are no configuration options yet. Hope you enjoy.

name() is translated and then saved into the config files, which breaks
nicely as soon as you change the languange (as reported on kde-devel)
- added KParts::URLArgs to KonqOpenURLRequest to correctly pass over flags
like "reload" to follow-views (fixes multiple searches in khelpcenter,
which uses the same url for the result page, with reload==true though)
