Peter Penz fabaf21799 Split the class DolphinController into the two classes DolphinViewController and ViewModeController. 
The ViewModeController offers a defined interface to control view mode implementations like icons view, details view and column view. The DolphinViewController allows those view mode implementations to control the parent DolphinView in a limited way.

Peter Penz c59ee7a266 Version control: Move the maintainance of pending threads into a custom class. Also the UpdateItemStatesThread differs now between protecting the globally shared plugin and the locally shared data.

Peter Penz 077e5efa43 Use the default keyboard shortcuts for next-tab/previous-tab as primary key, but use the commonly used shortcuts Ctrl+Tab/Ctrl+Shift+Tab as secondary keys. 
Of course it is still possible that the user defines custom shortcuts.

David Faure 94aa24d00e Rework tab handling to 
- remove duplicated code between the RMB popup and the action for the current tab
- remove duplicated code between all these features (e.g. isModified())
- fix bugs with splitted tabs: splitted views were ignored by the modified-confirmation
  code, etc.
This is a (late) followup to Frank's r744963/r972850 fixes.

David Faure 0d9f84fec3 Move up the fix for 207173 (crash when closing khtml tab with focus in findbar) from khtml to konqueror, 
so that it also fixes 213876 (crash when closing okularpart tab with focus in sidebar) :
unregister part from partmanager before deleting it.
