Andrés G. Aragoneses 9473dd41c1 build: stop using INCLUDES, deprecated by automake 1.7 
We already depend on automake 1.9, so using the replacement of
INCLUDES (AM_CPPFLAGS) won't hurt, especially now that it is
a warning shown by default since automake 1.13, as evidenced by
this build log of mine:

Ting-Wei Lan 6f0da176c6 Change 'x-nautilus-search:' to 'Search' on tooltips. 
If the location string starts with 'x-nautilus-search://', set
the tooltip to the window slot title instead of the location.

Ted Gould d532ab4f91 Shade rubberbands on the desktop by the wallpaper 
Use the _GNOME_BACKGROUND_REPRESENTATIVE_COLORS X atom to decide how to
shade the rubberband when selecting icons on the desktop.

Plamena Manolova 837091b55d sendto-extension: Check for available mail client 
The sendto extension now checks for an available client
supported by nautilus sendto and conditionaly adds the
"Email" option to the file menu list.

Adam Dingle 0363483451 Use Shift+Ctrl+Z, not Ctrl+Y, for Redo 
Use Shift+Ctrl+Z as the shortcut for Redo.  This shortcut is prescribed
by the GNOME interface guidelines and used by other GNOME apps such as
gedit.

Rui Matos 07f2a15d58 query-editor: Don't grab focus if we already have it 
Grabbing the focus to a GtkEntry causes its selection to be set which
in turn causes it to reset the IM context. Avoid doing that when we
already have the search entry focused to not mess the IM context.

Cosimo Cecchi 569bf21507 file: simplify logic to filter out foreign desktop files 
We don't need to check if the file is in the desktop, since the desktop
view will call in with show_foreign = FALSE already.

dragged, only the desktop itself is a valid destination target.
