Don't use DXVK's d3d10 and d3d10_1 dlls 
It's needed to make use of Wine's implementation of the D3D10 effects framework.
This follows the changes made in DXVK 1.6.

78a64226d5 Update cookies.py 
Added support for one new field send by GOG on it's authentication file. It's necessary to know what is this new parameter, and how to make better use of it. For now, this commit avoids exceptions when opening the "Import Games" dialog.
