Include custom editors in history (#83019) 
Fixes #81824

The history service currently drops any editor input that are not `FileEditorInput`. This does not work for custom editors, which are always backed by a resource but do not subclass `FileEditorInput`

The fix here is to create history entries for any input that has a resource that is backed by the file-service

Daniel Imms a9ce06c835 cmd+v for paste in terminal 
This keybinding wasn't needed as regular pastes pass through, but
not having a keybindings means no shortcut in context menu or
command palette.

Matt Bierner 96a5151f7a Workaround for TS not being able to handle interactive playground resource with query parameters in uri

Fixes #82419

The interactive playground generates uris that have query paramters. This causes the TS Server to crash. The workaround here is make sure the file paths we give to TS Server don't have query paramters but the ones we work with locally do
