fix: update man files, just
This commit updates manual file templates, as well as the man-page build script using just to reflect the interim project name. This is necessary to provide manual files that are accurate. It should be somewhat easy to revert revert these changes, and is necessary to document new features as they are merged. Signed-off-by: Christina Sørensen <christina@cafkafk.com>

With widescreen displays, it’s possible for the grid to look very wide and sparse, on just one or two lines with none of the columns lining up.

By specifying a minimum number of rows, you can only use the view if it’s going to be worth using.

One space may place the icon too close to the text, and two spaces may place it too far away. So the choice is left up to the user to configure depending on their terminal emulator.
