Ulrich Weigand 371fd75a39 Added new CLIENT_DebuggerRequest routine, implemented support for
DEBUGGER_FREEZE_ALL/DEBUGGER_UNFREEZE_ALL requests.
Run wine server in the main wine process.
Bugfix: never free initial thread!
