Robert Shearman b0f02b28b9 - Implement AdjustTokenPrivileges, DuplicateTokenEx and
GetTokenInformation (for the TokenPrivileges case).
- Return STATUS_NO_TOKEN for OpenThreadToken when there is no token
  set for the thread.
