Paul Gofman 2d12c4f8fd wow64: Set HighestEndingAddress in wow64_NtAllocateVirtualMemoryEx() if it is absent.
To prevent 64 bit NtAllocateVirtualMemoryEx() allocating from above 32
bit user space limit.
