Alexandre Julliard 69622dbdcc Added support for path wildcards of the form "*dllname" in load order
specifications.
Only use wildcard entry for dlls that don't specify an explicit path.
Removed the old DllOverrides syntax support.
Misc cleanups and optimizations.
