Alexandre Julliard 84555cc771 Generate the __ASM_NAME and __ASM_FUNC macros directly from
configure.
Simplified the WINE_TRY_ASM_LINK test.
Moved DECL_GLOBAL_CONSTRUCTOR to wine/port.h.
