ee478bbada ntdll: Better support for NT path names in wine_nt_to_unix_file_name. 
Don't map NT namespace 1:1 to Unix, add a magic \??\unix device instead.
More generic support for \??\ devices, with fallback to the wineserver
for paths that don't exist.

8132707bce kernel32: Handle the SECURITY_* flags passed into CreateFileW by filling out the SECURITY_QUALITY_OF_SERVICE structure and passing it to NtCreateFile. 
Print a fixme in NtCreateFile if the SECURITY_QUALITY_OF_SERVICE
structure is specified, since it isn't handled yet.
