- implemented CB_SETITEMHEIGHT, WM_WINDOWPOSCHANGING,
  WM_MEASUREITEM, WM_DRAWITEM
- changed CBEM_INSERTITEMA, CBEM_SETIMAGELIST,

- above changes correct window rectangle, draws items, and creates
  control correctly.
