8fb04515cf wldap32: Implement setting LDAP_OPT_SERVER_CERTIFICATE and add tests. 
ctxt_handle is moved to the top of struct tlsw_session so that it can be
easily retrieved via LDAP_OPT_X_TLS_SSL_CTX.

f667584aac winldap.h should include windeh.f and schnlsp.h. 
Enclose the API definitions in an extern "C" section and define
LDAPAPI.
Better stick to the types defined by the PSDK.
Fix the ldap_create_vlv_control*() prototypes.
Update win32.api.
