a24ad51e3f msvcrt: Make locale and thread helper functions CDECL. 
This prevent callers from having to save SSE registers to the stack.

It is for instance the case in MSVCRT__towlower_l, which is called on
every character by MSVCRT__wcsicmp_l.

4e6621f3a6 ntdll: Fix wrong return values in get_dir_case_sensitivity_stat(). 
It should be returning TRUE (= case sensitive) on failure as case
sensitive is the safe assumption, but some returns are FALSE on
failure and even TRUE when case insensitive. Fix that.

54f04370eb ole32/tests: Fix flaky test in cowait_unmarshal_thread. 
When run with runtest -q (WINETEST_DEBUG=0) it passed within the
first 50ms, but with any verbose logging it sometimes failed.

Use CoWaitForMultipleHandles (which keeps pumping the STA) since
cowait_unmarshal_thread only releases its marshaled unk at the end,
so it needs to be able to call back in order to exit cleanly.

1fc8a8f234 winecoreaudio.drv: Only read 'length' bytes from received MIDIPackets. 
The Core MIDI MIDIPacket struct is declared with a 256-byte data array,
but this is just for convenience. There may be only one accessible byte,
or there may be more than 256.
Only read 'length' bytes from the packet, and correctly handle a
length > 256.
