f7624cbfbc oleaut32: Remove LPVOID variables in olefont tests and pass IFont pointers into OleCreateFontIndirect directly. 
In many places the assignment of the LPVOID variable into the
corresponding IFont * variable has been forgotten.

79c64acc7b tests: Don't depend on the static uuid libraries in the tests. 
This avoids trouble with the broken MingW libraries when
cross-compiling the tests.

4c40b3974c oleaut32: Fix IFont::AddRefHFont and IFont::ReleaseRefHFont. 
The tests show that there is a global cache that keeps references to 
HFONTs that is released when all IFont objects are released.
(Based on a patch by Benjamin Arai.)

bf72af30d0 Modify widl to put the C COM macros inside an #ifdef COBJMACROS block 
as is done in the Windows headers.
Add #define COBJMACROS where needed in Wine.
Fixes the compilation of the oleaut32/tests/olefont.c and
urlmon/tests/url.c conformance tests with the Windows headers.

615615b0c9 OleCreateFontIndirect(NULL,...) uses the OLE StdFont. 
Added testcase for OleCreateFontIndirect(NULL).
Added VT_NULL -> VT_BOOL variant converter.
