efbb4ebf3e widl: Output "LONG" instead of "long" for a 32bit integer. 
long is always 32bit in IDL files but that's not true in C.

c69ebe3b47 rpcss: Fix a file handle leak in RPCSS_BecomePipeServer(). 
Also, RPCSS_NPConnect() returns a file handle so treat it as such by
checking it against INVALID_HANDLE_VALUE and not NULL.
