5c6fc1bb91 CreateWindowEx32[AW] now creates an MDI chils when the WM_EX_MDICHILD 
extended style is specified. Also implemented CreateMDIWindow32A()
call - single thread only -.

f63f8bc24b Detection of the end of imports with Characteristics 0 fail for Borland 
programs (which seem to have always characteristics 0). Changed to algorithm
to something a bit more intelligent.

120e4576c4 Rewrote the two routines using the vkey->scancode array to use 
keyc2vkey for each keycode, instead. Not tested.
Removed unused IDirectInputDeviceA_GetDeviceState.
Fixed warning in TRACE() call.

6f75dc440f Deleted the vkey->sancode array, because QWERTY specific. 
Back to using the X keycode instead as the scancode. Tested.

5359722ceb Added VGA 256-color mode 0x13 using the DisplayDib VGA emulation. 
(DOS apps/games using this mode comes up now, although you can't
really do anything with them (yet?).)

1499a845ff Moved VGA-emulating DirectX code from dispdib.c to a separate 
file. Made it use a system timer and trap I/O accesses to the VGA
DAC registers to accommodate DisplayDib-using programs that try to
access the VGA hardware directly.

7f740cbb04 Indirection for INSTR_EmulateInstruction for use by DOS code. 
Added support for a 55Hz system timer, letting DOS apps calibrate
their delay loops and such. Calls INSTR_EmulateInstruction for
instruction emulation (principally I/O port access). Added macro
V86_FLAG.
