d549f6909e Use a separate FIFO pair for server requests that don't need to pass a 
file descriptor.
Associate file descriptors with handles on the server side so that we
don't need to pass the fd every time the client wants to use it.

982a223f36 Replaced PTR_SEG_TO_LIN macro by exported MapSL function.

886604c715 Always pass lower-case filenames to wine_dll_load(). 
Clear dlerror() before and after calls to dlopen/dlsym to work around
a glibc bug (thanks to James Abbatiello for tracking the bug).

7afce0e6d6 Moved the few remaining functions in wprocs.dll to kernel.dll. 
No longer load wprocs.dll unconditionally.
Restored default interrupt handler behavior (reported by Andreas Mohr).
