87045eb0c5 Fix rpcndr.h so it takes CONST_VTABLE into account. 
Define CONST_VTABLE in the tests that need it. This fixes many Visual C++ warnings.

eb8a40c368 libs: Merged libwine_unicode into libwine. 
Most dlls use libwine_unicode at this point, so there's nothing to
gain by having two separate libraries.
