179dc259e4 Fix incorrect usage of COBJMACROS.
Duplicate and adapt the COM access macros so they also work in C++.

53f9c21fb7 Use angle brackets (<>) rather than quotes ("") for the include
directives in our .h files. This should avoid some potentially nasty
surprises for Winelib apps.
