fa7c32f56c rpcrt4: Give a proper name to some formerly reserved MIDL_STUB_MESSAGE fields. 
Define NTDDI_VERSION so we get definitions for the Reserved51_X fields with the PSDK.
This fixes compilation of the ndr_marshall.c with the PSDK.

d28698dd73 rpcrt4: Add a test for IRpcStubBuffer_Connect on a delegated stub. 
This shows that we have a vtbl ptr at (void**)This-2 that is passed to
the base interface's IRpcStubBuffer_Connect.  This vtbl should
presumably forward calls to the real object's vtbl.  We can't simply
pass the real object to the base interface's stub, as the real
object's QI may not provide us with the base interface.

a5dcb3e39d rpcrt4: Tests for NdrDllGetClassObject. 
These show that delegated stubs need different Connect, Disconnect and
CountRefs methods than non-delegated stubs (ie they don't use all of
the CStdStubBuffer_* functions).

bf985900e2 rpcrt4: For full pointers the state consists of flags, so or new flags into the field instead of assigning. 
The return value of all full pointer functions that return an int 
depends on the passed in query type being a flag in the state.

02236f06a8 Fix and unify parsing of calling conventions. 
Hack handling of 'struct { } *NDR_SCONTEXT;' so we don't cause a parse
error as this is a valid C construct.
Generate type tests for rpcrt4.
Remove PRPC_BINDING_VECTOR and PUUID_VECTOR, they don't exist on
Windows.
Fix the MIDL_STUB_MESSAGE, MIDL_SERVER_INFO and
MIDL_STUBLESS_PROXY_INFO structs.
Add NDR_ALLOC_ALL_NODES_CONTEXT, NDR_POINTER_QUEUE_STATE and
CS_STUB_INFO.
