efbb4ebf3e widl: Output "LONG" instead of "long" for a 32bit integer. 
long is always 32bit in IDL files but that's not true in C.

d37f0abf07 Don't prefix the functions DllCanUnloadNow, DllGetClassObject and 
Dll(Un)RegisterServer with the dll name so that the compiler can check
the prototypes.
