a050bebd80 mlang: Give the CLSIDs their proper names. 
Move CLSID_CMultiLanguage and CLSID_CMLangConvertCharset to mlang.idl.
Leave CLSID_CMLangString in regsvr.c as MSDN claims it is not supported anymore.

eb8a40c368 libs: Merged libwine_unicode into libwine. 
Most dlls use libwine_unicode at this point, so there's nothing to
gain by having two separate libraries.

abc0f385a3 mlang: Return S_OK from fnIMultiLanguage2_SetMimeDBSource. 
The source is largely irrelevant since we are not likely to be wanting
to ship updates to the MIME database as registry updates, instead of
just changing the code.

d37f0abf07 Don't prefix the functions DllCanUnloadNow, DllGetClassObject and 
Dll(Un)RegisterServer with the dll name so that the compiler can check
the prototypes.
