Restructured DirectDraw. Split into X11 and DGA driver, and multiple files/dirs for easier maintenance. Cleaned up structs and include files. Reindented the code. Started the same for Direct3D. Added -res option to specify resources on winebuild command-line. Added -exe mode to generate a .spec.c for an exe without having to provide a .spec. Removed some no longer needed spec files.
