b0d3095fd6 Drop split-usr and unmerged-usr support
As previously announced, execute order 66:

https://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/systemd-devel/2022-September/048352.html

The meson options split-usr, rootlibdir and rootprefix become no-ops
that print a warning if they are set to anything other than the
default values. We can remove them in a future release.

6750c1af24 unit: also condition out systemd-backlight in initrd
Follow-up for 9173d31dfea5c2b05ff08480972c499cb7aac940.

The systemd-backlight@.service also save/restore state but the data
is in /var/.

059cc610b7 meson: use jinja2 for unit templates
We don't need two (and half) templating systems anymore, yay!

I'm keeping the changes minimal, to make the diff manageable. Some enhancements
due to a better templating system might be possible in the future.

For handling of '## ' — see the next commit.

e0f968ad96 units: drop systemd-remount-fs.service dependency from more services
All services using StateDirectory= don't need the explicit dep anymore,
let's hence drop it everywhere.

75f709fbf2 units: so far we defaulted to 90s as default timeout for most things, let's do so for our oneshot services too
Fewer surprises, and stuff...

0775b9b611 units: set TimeoutSec on some oneshot services
Services which are not crucial to system bootup, and have Type=oneshot
can effectively "hang" the system if they fail to complete for whatever
reason. To allow the boot to continue, kill them after a timeout.

In case of systemd-journal-flush the flush will continue in the background,
and in the other two cases the job will be aborted, but this should not
result in any permanent problem.

6c49212741 units: Do not unescape instance name in systemd-backlight@.service
The instance name is never escaped in the udev rule, but unescaped in the unit.
This results in the following error message on Asus boards:

Failed to get backlight or LED device 'backlight:eeepc/wmi': No such file or directory

3731acf1ac backlight: add minimal tool to save/restore screen brightness across reboots
As many laptops don't save/restore screen brightness across reboots,
let's do this in systemd with a minimal tool, that restores the
brightness as early as possible, and saves it as late as possible. This
will cover consoles and graphical logins, but graphical desktops should
do their own per-user stuff probably.

This only touches firmware brightness controls for now.
