ronak69 0787241cdc Utilities: Fix title formatting in man
`String::repeated()` returns a `ErrorOr<String>`, so wrap it in `TRY()`.

This fixes a glitch in the title formatting (`{}` not removed if
`ErrorOr<String>` is directly passed to `outln()`).
