kleines Filmröllchen 939600d2d4 Kernel: Use UnixDateTime wherever applicable
"Wherever applicable" = most places, actually :^), especially for
networking and filesystem timestamps.

This includes changes to unzip, which uses DOSPackedTime, since that is
changed for the FAT file systems.
