Sam Atkins b5eb2ee478 AK: Make FlyString(String) constructor implicit
This stops us needing a lot of ugly `FlyString { ... }` wrappers. THis
is the behavior that `DeprecatedFlyString(DeprecatedString)` has so it
should be fine.
