Lenny Maiorani d25d4ec0ee Bitmap: De-duplicate bitmasks
Problem:
- Bitmasks are duplicated.
- Bitmasks are C-style arrays.

Solution:
- Move bitmasks to BitmapView.h.
- Change C-style arrays to be AK::Array for added safety.
