Timothy Flynn 2cb977e368 Toolchain: Actually compile the GN binary in BuildGN.sh 
The gen.py script only generates the build.ninja file for GN. We have to
explicitly build it afterwards.

This also sets the executable bit on BuildGN.sh.

This directory contains all toolchain related files. E.g. build scripts for the cross compilation toolchain and build toolchain for ports.
