Andreas Kling 270adea22f WindowServer: Remove the default background wallpaper 
Booting without a wallpaper is significantly faster in QEMU when the
host machine is under load (e.g while recording the screen..)

Using a wallpaper is now optional. :^)

Andreas Kling e4dfd5a3a4 WindowServer: Support PNG wallpapers. 
Fix up /bin/pape so it tells the WindowServer which wallpaper file to use.

For now, you don't get to choose the wallpaper, but it's still pretty cool.
