Sergey Bugaev f7ae66cee3 ClipboardHistory: Add a clipboard history applet :^)
It will listen for clipboard content changes in the backgroud. Once you click
on its icon, it will pop up a window listing all recorded clipboard contents.
You can then double-click on an item to copy it again.

Linus Groh 54fc972a72 MenuApplets: Support memory usage and custom colors in ResourceGraph
The ResourceGraph menu applet now supports a few command line options:

--cpu / -C to display a CPU usage graph
--memory / -M to display a memory usage graph
--name / -n to set a name which is used to order applets
--color / -c to set the graph color (supports anything
Gfx::Color::from_string() understands)

The SystemServer.ini and WindowServer.ini config files have been updated
to spawn and show two ResourceGraph menu applets, one for CPU usage
(green) and one for memory usage (cyan) - this matches the colors in the
SystemMonitor graphs.

Linus Groh b46a8d7335 MenuApplets: Rename CPUGraph to ResourceGraph
The plan is to extend what currently is known as "CPUGraph" and let the
SystemServer spawn multiple instances of it - which then can show memory
or network usages as well :^)

Simply renaming the applet is the first step.

joshua stein 0d2bfe5c65 Build: Only look at SUBDIRS with Makefiles
If a directory is renamed or deleted before 'make clean', git will
delete the Makefile but leave all of the object and dependency files
around. When make would try to recurse into that directory from the
wildcard, it would error out since there is no Makefile.

Andreas Kling 2d39da5405 LibCore: Put all classes in the Core namespace and remove the leading C
I've been wanting to do this for a long time. It's time we start being
consistent about how this stuff works.

The new convention is:

- "LibFoo" is a userspace library that provides the "Foo" namespace.

That's it :^) This was pretty tedious to convert and I didn't even
start on LibGUI yet. But it's coming up next.

Andreas Kling 5dd5d5ca4e MenuApplets: Use unveil()
The Clock and Audio applets really only need ("/res", "r") for LibGUI.

The CPUGraph applet also needs ("/proc/all", "r") for reading the CPU
usage data. Somewhat surprisingly, this also adds ("/etc/passwd", "r")
since CProcessStatisticsReader does username lookups.

Andreas Kling 94ca55cefd Meta: Add license header to source files
As suggested by Joshua, this commit adds the 2-clause BSD license as a
comment block to the top of every source file.

For the first pass, I've just added myself for simplicity. I encourage
everyone to add themselves as copyright holders of any file they've
added or modified in some significant way. If I've added myself in
error somewhere, feel free to replace it with the appropriate copyright
holder instead.

Going forward, all new source files should include a license header.

Andreas Kling 26a31c7efb Kernel: Add "accept" pledge promise for accepting incoming connections
This patch adds a new "accept" promise that allows you to call accept()
on an already listening socket. This lets programs set up a socket for
for listening and then dropping "inet" and/or "unix" so that only
incoming (and existing) connections are allowed from that point on.
No new outgoing connections or listening server sockets can be created.

In addition to accept() it also allows getsockopt() with SOL_SOCKET
and SO_PEERCRED, which is used to find the PID/UID/GID of the socket
peer. This is used by our IPC library when creating shared buffers that
should only be accessible to a specific peer process.

This allows us to drop "unix" in WindowServer and LookupServer. :^)

It also makes the debugging/introspection RPC sockets in CEventLoop
based programs work again.

Andreas Kling f813bb52a2 Applications+DevTools+MenuApplets: Drop "unix" pledge when possible
Now that the "unix" pledge is no longer required for socket I/O, we can
drop it after making the connections we need in a program.

In most GUI program cases, once we've connected to the WindowServer by
instantiating a GApplication, we no longer need "unix" :^)

Shannon Booth 7557251fac WindowServer: Move menu related code from WindowManager to MenuManager
Menus are now owned by menu manager instead of being split between the
window manager and menu manager. If the window server wants to change
a menu, or call menu related functionality, this will need to be done
through the menu manager.

Further refactoring is likely needed, but this seems like a good start
for seperating menu logic from window logic.

joshua stein c127d16326 Build: support library and generator dependencies
Instead of directly manipulating LDFLAGS, set LIB_DEPS in each
subdirectory Makefile listing the libraries needed for
building/linking such as "LIB_DEPS = Core GUI Draw IPC Core".

This adds each library as an -L and -l argument in LDFLAGS, but
also adds the library.a file as a link dependency on the current
$(PROGRAM). This causes the given library to be (re)built before
linking the current $(PROGRAM), but will also re-link any binaries
depending on that library when it is modified, when running make
from the root directory.

Also turn generator tools like IPCCompiler into dependencies on the
files they generate, so they are built on-demand when a particular
directory needs them.

This all allows the root Makefile to just list directories and not
care about the order, as all of the dependency tracking will figure
it out.

joshua stein ac25438d54 Build: clean up build system, use one shared Makefile
Allow everything to be built from the top level directory with just
'make', cleaned with 'make clean', and installed with 'make
install'. Also support these in any particular subdirectory.

Specifying 'make VERBOSE=1' will print each ld/g++/etc. command as
it runs.

Kernel and early host tools (IPCCompiler, etc.) are built as
object.host.o so that they don't conflict with other things built
with the cross-compiler.

Andreas Kling e1940f365b WindowServer+MenuApplets: Move the "Audio" applet to its own program
This patch introduces the second MenuApplet: Audio. To make this work,
menu applet windows now also receive mouse events.

There's still some problem with mute/unmute via clicking not actually
working, but the call goes from the applet program over IPC to the
AudioServer, where something goes wrong with the state change message.
Need to look at that separately.

Anyways, it's pretty cool to have more applets running in their own
separate processes. :^)

Andreas Kling df129bbe0e WindowServer+CPUGraph: Make menu applets be "regular" windows
Instead of implementing menu applets as their own thing, they are now
WSWindows of WSWindowType::MenuApplet.

This makes it much easier to work with them on the client side, since
you can just create a GWindow with the right type and you're in the
menubar doing applet stuff :^)
