Sam Atkins 747d1aaa98 AK: Use String internally for SourceGenerator
Also sneak in a little error propagation. We keep the existing
DeprecatedString API for now.

Sam Atkins 9c05b83540 AK: Use consume_until in SourceGenerator
This got fixed a while ago to not consume the stop character, so we can
remove the workaround.

Linus Groh 6e7459322d AK: Remove StringBuilder::build() in favor of to_deprecated_string()
Having an alias function that only wraps another one is silly, and
keeping the more obvious name should flush out more uses of deprecated
strings.
No behavior change.

Linus Groh 6e19ab2bbc AK+Everywhere: Rename String to DeprecatedString
We have a new, improved string type coming up in AK (OOM aware, no null
state), and while it's going to use UTF-8, the name UTF8String is a
mouthful - so let's free up the String name by renaming the existing
class.
Making the old one have an annoying name will hopefully also help with
quick adoption :^)

Andreas Kling ae3ffdd521 AK: Make it possible to not using AK classes into the global namespace
This patch adds the `USING_AK_GLOBALLY` macro which is enabled by
default, but can be overridden by build flags.

This is a step towards integrating Jakt and AK types.

Sam Atkins 32c99313a6 AK: Warn when trying to set @foo@ as a SourceGenerator key
I was very confused why I was getting "no key named `foo`" errors, so
hopefully this will save someone that confusion in the future. :^)

sin-ack 7da00bfa8d AK: Add string literal helpers to AK::SourceGenerator
Since all uses of SourceGenerator are with literal strings, there is no
need to burden generators with the sv suffix.

Sam Atkins a451810599 AK: Print a better error message when missing a SourceGenerator key
Previously, if you forgot to set a key on a SourceGenerator, you would
get this less-than-helpful error message:

> Generate_CSS_MediaFeatureID_cpp:
  /home/sam/serenity/Meta/Lagom/../../AK/Optional.h:174: T
  AK::Optional<T>::release_value() [with T = AK::String]: Assertion
  `m_has_value' failed.

Now, it instead looks like this:

> No key named `name:titlecase` set on SourceGenerator
  Generate_CSS_MediaFeatureID_cpp:
  /home/sam/serenity/Meta/Lagom/../../AK/SourceGenerator.h:44:
  AK::String AK::SourceGenerator::get(AK::StringView) const: Assertion
  `false' failed.

Andreas Kling 5d180d1f99 Everywhere: Rename ASSERT => VERIFY
(...and ASSERT_NOT_REACHED => VERIFY_NOT_REACHED)

Since all of these checks are done in release builds as well,
let's rename them to VERIFY to prevent confusion, as everyone is
used to assertions being compiled out in release.

We can introduce a new ASSERT macro that is specifically for debug
checks, but I'm doing this wholesale conversion first since we've
accumulated thousands of these already, and it's not immediately
obvious which ones are suitable for ASSERT.
