Brian Gianforcaro 1682f0b760 Everything: Move to SPDX license identifiers in all files. 
SPDX License Identifiers are a more compact / standardized
way of representing file license information.

This was done with the `ambr` search and replace tool.

 ambr --no-parent-ignore --key-from-file --rep-from-file key.txt rep.txt *

Andreas Kling 38f11cc1ba Everywhere: Rename "logo" key to "super" key 
This seems to be the most common way to refer to this key, so let's
call it what people actually call it.
