Docs: Update CLion configuration for WSL
In CLion on Windows subsystem for linux (WSL) we need to set up a CLion toolchain so that the IDE can find the correct CMake.

If the serenity directory is on the WSL filesystem you need to configure the CLion toolchain to be WSL.
