LookupServer: Use _POSIX_HOST_NAME_MAX instead of HOST_NAME_MAX

HOST_NAME_MAX is not defined on the BSDs, including macOS. Use
_POSIX_HOST_NAME_MAX instead, which is defined on all the platforms.
