SpaceAnalyzer: Make TreeMapWidget responsible for filesystem analysis

Also, the Tree object was only ever used by the TreeMapWidget, so its
creation can happen inside `analyze()`, fixing the memory leak issue.
Plus, it doesn't have to be RefCounted.
