Userland: Port remaining calls to Widget::set_tooltip_deprecated()

Browse Source 
Replaces `set_tooltip_deprecated(string);` with
`set_tooltip(MUST(String::from_deprecated_string(string)));`
purely to get rid of the deprecated function in the following commit.
