Vladimir Sementsov-Ogievskiy 8040446d30 block/stream: use QEMU_IOVEC_INIT_BUF
Use new QEMU_IOVEC_INIT_BUF() instead of
qemu_iovec_init_external( ... , 1), which simplifies the code.
