Philippe Mathieu-Daudé a715924428 accel: Rename 'cpu_state' -> 'cs'
Most of the codebase uses 'CPUState *cpu' or 'CPUState *cs'.
While 'cpu_state' is kind of explicit, it makes the code
harder to review. Simply rename as 'cs'.
