Pierre Morel 22ac7809bb tests/avocado: s390x cpu topology dedicated errors 
Let's test that QEMU refuses to setup a dedicated CPU with
low or medium entitlement.

Integration tests using the Avocado Framework

This directory contains integration tests. They're usually higher
level, and may interact with external resources and with various
guest operating systems.
