Paolo Bonzini 7f79dd281c unify popen/fopen qemu wrappers
While reading Chris's code for fd migration I noticed the duplication
between QEMUFilePopen and QEMUFileStdio.  This fixes it, and makes
qemu_fopen more similar qemu_popen.
