Before this change, the information from a XML file was stored in an
array that is not descriptive. Introduce a dedicated structure type to
make it easier to understand and to extend with more fields.

Manually drop redundant includes that scripts/clean-includes misses,
e.g. because they're hidden in generator programs, or they use the
wrong kind of delimiter.

Clean up includes so that osdep.h is included first and headers
which it implies are not included manually.

It does not need qemu-common.h. Including exec/gdbstub.h fixes a warning
from static code analyzers and avoids mismatching declarations for
xml_builtin.

Replace the GDB_CORE_XML define in gdbstub.c with a CPUClass field.
Use first_cpu for qSupported and qXfer:features:read: for now.
Add a stub for xml_builtin.
