disas/nanomips: Delete copy functions

Functions that have just one parameter and simply return it have been
deleted. Calls to these functions have been replaced with the argument
itself.

We're deleting following functions:
- both versions of copy()
- encode_s_from_address()
- encode_u_from_address()
- encode_lsb_from_pos_and_size()
